About The Project

This is one stunning loft conversion in Bedford. The original loft was massive to start with, with a height of 4m it was perfect for a conversion and has really given this house a new fantastic space.

We installed 5 large Mk06 VELUX® roof windows in the roof space to give the space plenty of light and ventilation, along with changing an existing metal frame window in the gable for a modern UPVC window to bring it up to current standards but still in keeping with the property.

This space was designed around being a perfect area for a games room and included a ensuite for if it was ever to be turned in to a master bedroom.

The stairs flow up and over the existing staircase perfectly and almost looks original.
We also installed our most popular choice when it comes to updating the fire regulations on a property with a 3rd floor. A full smoke alarms system. These allowed us to keep the existing 4 panel doors to the bedrooms

The clients love the space and now all they have to worry about is whether to have a pool or tennis table !?
